Clean Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 can chunk chicken 1/2 cup dijon or spicy mustard 3/4 cup cucumbers 1/2 cup scallions or red onion 1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp dill weed1 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Mix measured ingredients out into a bowl. Mix well. Serve and enjoy.

I like tomato on my sandwich on whole grain bread or with whole grain crackers too.
