mexican cole slaw

Ingredients
6 cups shred headded cabbage (about 1/2 a head)1 1/2 C. peeled and shredded carrots (about 2-3)1/3 C cilantro, chopped1/4 C. rice vinegar2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp salt
Directions
1. Place cabbage and carrots in colondar and rinse with cold water to crisp. Let drain 5 mins.
2. Whisk other ingredients together, Add cabbage and carrots, toss to coat.
