1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1/3 cup egg white1 tsp almond extract1/2 cup raw walnuts2 tbsp cinnamon2 heapin scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use brown rice protein)1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree4 tbsp flax meal2 tbsp reduced fat shredded coconut4 packets Truvia2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa1 tbsp Turbinado sugar
Preheat oven. Mix all ingredients together. Spread batter evenly on wax paper in a 13x9 inch pan. Cook bars until firm, they should not feel sticky. Cook at 350 degrees, time is usually about 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.
