3 1/2 cups oats1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup walnuts or sliced almonds1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chocolate chips1/4 cup oat bran1/4 cup ground flax seeds (flax meal)3/4 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)3/4 cup honey or agave nectar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine the oats, sunflower seeds, walnuts (or almonds), raisins, chocolate chips, oat bran and flax meal.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until melted. Whisk in cinnamon and salt. Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients and combine until evenly coated.
Press mixture evenly into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting into bars. Store covered in refridgerator.
