Tomato & Zucchini Pie w Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust4-5 large tomatoes, in half-inch slices, drained1 cup zucchini, jullienned1/c green onions1/2 c Greek yogurt1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat over to 350. Bake crust 10 minutes (unless pre-baked).

Layer half the tomatoes, green onions, zucchini and remaining tomatoes. Mix yogurt and cheese and top the last tomato layer.

Bake until crust is done, tomatoes are tender and cheese is ooey-gooey.

Optional: Top with bacon bits (not vegetarian!) and/or fresh basil before baking
