Ingredients
2 - 13.25 oz boxes of Dreamfields rotini, cooked according to package directons1 cup of chopped bell pepper1 cup of chopped celery1 cup of chopped red onion1 - 4 oz. jar of pimentos, drained3 hardboiled eggs, chopped1/2 cup of Best Foods Olive Oil Mayo1/2 cup of Light Sour Cream2 tbsp of yellow mustard1/2 tsp Splenda1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp of lite salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl combine the macaroni, celery, onion, and bell pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, Splenda, cider vinegar and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with pepper to taste. Serve. Store covered in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.
