Easy Pepper Steak (Dr. Hotze's Health and Wellness Center)

sliced beef (like for stir fry)1 pkg frozen onions1 pkg frozen green peppers1 small package frozen green beans1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute)garlic/garlic powder to tastesprinkle of salt/pepper2-3 tomatoes, quartered or chopped1 tbsp oat flour/water (added at the end to thicken the juices)
Brown the beef strips
add in Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Add in all frozen vegetables
Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally
Add in tomatoes and water/oat flour mixture
simmer for another 10 minutes, then serve

This turned out very delicious. I used fresh red bell peppers instead of frozen and tomato sauce instead of fresh sliced. I served over egg noodles, but for myself over a little brown rice. I'm a guest at Hotze Health and Wellness Center and this recipe was great to share with my entire family. - 11/6/15
