Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

I loved it. I put more honey and less mustard, Iined the pan with foil and covered the pan and chicken with foil then baked it for30 mins then 15mins on other side. I then poured out the juice from the pan to use for gravy. Then baked the chicken for another 5 min on each side without ther foil. - 1/3/09

This was good. I ate it with a salad and cheesy baked cauliflower (steam head, put in bake dish, rub with dijon, sprinkle with cheddar, bake at 350, 10 min.) which complimented it nicely. No clean up prob. Used Pampered Chef scraper/cleaner for stoneware (on glassware). Cleaned right up! - 8/10/09
