Ingredients
3 eggs (free range, no antibiotics)4 oz frozen spinach (the bag kind, not the brick)1 tbsp flax oil (Barlean's High Lignan)1 cup prepared black beanshot sauce, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Beat eggs in microwave safe bowl.
Mix in oil, spinach, and beans.
Season to taste
Microwave at 80% for 4 minutes (assuming a 1200w microwave).
Stir
Microwave at 80% another 4 minutes.
