Chicken Couscous salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dried Couscous (makes 3 cups prepared)1 1/2 cups water1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1 medium cucumber1 medium tomato2 cups chicken breast meat, chopped6 tbsp light italin dressing1/4 crumbled feta
Directions
Boil water in a small sauce pan, remove from heat and stir in the couscous cover and let stand 5 min. Mean while chop the cucumber and tomato and place in a large casserol dish or bowl, add in chicken. When the couscous has absorbed all the water fluff it with a fork and add in the salt and garlic powder, then add to the vegtable chicken mixture. Stir in the italin dressing and feta.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
