pollock, quinoa stirfry

Ingredients
1 cup raw quinoa1.5 cups fresh tomato soup1 cup water1 cup of pollock2 large carrots, chopped into bite sized pieces2 cups of broccoli florets2 mushrooms, diced 1/4 cup of rice2 tbsp curry powder
Directions
Add water and tomato soup to pot, and bring to boil. Lower heat and add quinoa, rice, curry, carrots and pollock. Cover and Let boil until water is absorbed and rice, quinoa are cooked. (May be necessary to add more water). Add broccoli and mushrooms, cover again and leave for 5 minutes or so,
