Ingredients
2 cups Lentils4 cups Vegetable Broth 1 large Onion cut in chunks1.5 cup, Green Peppers Strips 4 stalks Celery 6 cups Water5 oz George Washington's Seasoning 2 lg cans VegAll Canned Mixed Vegetables1.5 large Sweet potato baked
Directions
Wash beans.

Cook Beans, in Vegetable Broth and water with Onion, pepper and celery. Cook until thick.

Once thick add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking for about 30 more minutes.

This recipe will make soup by adjusting the time to thicken. If making a soup add 2 cans of diced tomatoes.
