Tofu Vegetable Soba Stirfry

Ingredients
Put oils in deep cast iron pan.Chop onion and garlic, add to oil, stir.Chop tofu, add into pan, stir.Chop vegetables, add to pan, stir.Season with salt, pepper, sprig of fresh thyme.Add teriyaki sauce, cook five minutes.Break noodles into small pieces, stir into mixture, cook five minutes.Remove from heat, stir, allow to steam five minutes.
