Jayne's Cilantro Lime Marinade

Ingredients
2 fillets tilapia1/2 cup chopped cilantrojuice from one lime1 clove garlictsp. olive oil1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. red pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except fish. Place in quart size ziplock bag of bowl for marinading. Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Place fillets on pan and broil 5 min. or until done. Serve on a rice pilaf and with a salad and you have a tasty and lean dinner.
