Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey2 tbsp minced onion1 tbsp light mayonnaise2 tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs2 tsp low sodium soy sauce2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp garlic powder1 1/2 tsp dried parsley1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl just until evenly incorporated. Divide into 4 patties and cook on grill or stovetop.
