Asian Chicken Salad with Peanut Sauce/dressing

Dressing/sauce1/4 cup water4 tbsp Peanut butter2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce3 tbsp rice wine vinegar2 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp peanut oil.2 tbsp grated fresh ginger2 large cloves of garlic cut up1 tsp sugarfew drops hot sauce, or red chili flakesSalad8 cups lettuce, I mixed romaine and Iceberg 2 bell pepper cut up20 thin slices of carrot 1 bunch cilantro rinsed and cut up2 cups broccoli cut up2 chicken breast, cooked, cut into chunks4 tbsp sesame seeds
Dressing:
In a blender or chopper, blend everything, adjust seasoning to taste.
Salad:
Wash and cut up vegetables, Cut up cooked chicken breast, arrange vegetables and chicken on 4 plates. Dress each salad, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
