salmon and mushroom tagliatelle

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium (remove) salmon fillet, 1 serving (remove) *Tagliatelle 60g (2 nests), 0.5 serving (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook the pasta in salted water and drain.

Cook the salmon in the microwave.

Fry the mushrooms off.

Mix together whilst tearing the salmon into pieces.
