Homemade Corn Muffins w/Whole Wheat Flour (140cal)

Ingredients
1c. Yellow Cornmeal1c. Whole Wheat Flour1/4c. Sugar2tsp. Baking Powder1/4tsp. Salt1 egg, beaten1/4c. Canola Oil1c. Skim Milk
Directions
1. Spray muffin pan or liners with non-stick cooking spray
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
3. Combine all ingredients in medium/large sized bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
4. Drop equal amounts in each muffin liner.
5. Bake 15-20min. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let sit for a few minutes to cool off, then serve. Great with butter while warm!
