Cauliflower & Potato Indian Slow Cooker

Ingredients
Cauliflower-1 Large head cut into 1" piecesOnions - 1 medium, chopped3 cloves of Garlic, chopped2" piece of Ginger Root, shredded*Canola Oil-3 Tbsp Ground Turmeric - 1 tspChili powder - 1 Tbsp Serrano Peppers - 3-4 peppersGaram Masala - 1 TbspCumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker on Low. Cook for 3 hours. Stir a few times, especially in the beginning. The cauliflower will give off enough liquid to moisten everything and keep it from sticking to the inside of the slow cooker.
