Basic Oven Omelet

Ingredients
10 large eggs2 cups milk1 c. grated Parmesan cheese.5 lb chopped bacon1 vidalia onion.25 c. chopped fresh parsleysalt & pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
2. Beat eggs, whisk in milk, then add cheese, parsley, onion and bacon. Pour into pan.
3. Bake for 45 min, or until top is slightly golden. Mine was actually done about 10 min. early, and it rose like a souffle.
It fell as it cooled. Really good!
