Keyla's Stuffed Peppers with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
Sweet peppers (bell), 4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Fresh Mint, 6 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 8 tbsp *BPC - PAM, 1 serving Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup Basil, 5 leaves *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *fresh mozzarela, 8 oz
Directions

On a Non-Stick Pan, spray the Cooking Spray and add chopped Onions. Then Add Ground Turkey, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. After Turkey meat is brown, add mint, basil, tomato paste, and chili powder. Remove from heat and slowly add the cream cheese until fully coated.

Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees

Cut the top part of all of the Bell Peppers and take the seeds out. Stuff them with turkey. Bake for aprox. 30 minutes.
