Gillian McKeith's Haricot bean Loaf

1 can great northern beans, drained and rinsed1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 cup millet, cooked2 medium carrots, grated3-4 stalks celery, finely diced1/2 cup broccoli, finely chopped1/2 cup onion, finely diced1 garlic clove2 T fresh parsley, chopped1 T fresh ginger root, finely grated
1. Add kidney beans, barley, garlic, ginger, herbs, and broccoli to a food processor. Process until roughly mixed.
2. Mix in grated carrots and diced celery and onions. Stir very well, until fully mixed
3. Add mixture to haricot beans and mix with spoon.
4. Place mixture in oiled loaf pan and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
