Fresh Fig Freezer Jam

Ingredients
Figs, fresh, 60 medium (2-1/4" dia) Granulated Sugar, 4 cup *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields*Brandy, 2 oz *Ball Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin, 1.59 oz vanilla can be used instead of the brandy. i was out of vanilla.
Directions
chop figs roughly. add sugar and let set for 30 minutes. add lemon and pectin and cook on medium for 30 minutes. add to freezer containers and let cool to room temp. freeze or refridgerate .
