1 box ready to serve mole1 lb chicken thigh fillets100 g Ranchero blend vegetables2 rice cup ricelow sodium chicken base
Directions
Simmer chicken thighs in sauce until done. Shred with forks and mix with sauce. Prepare rice per rice cooker instructions adding chicken base and frozen vegetable mix. Serve chicken over rice
