Vegetarian "Chicken" Salad

Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas2 stalks celery, diced1/3 med onion, diced2 tablespoons dill relish1/2 cup Hellmans Light MayonnaiseDash garlic powder salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Rinse and lightly mash the chickpeas. Mix with remaining ingredients and season to taste. Excellent on whole wheat bread or by itself. Serves 6
