1 Box Chicken Stuffing Mix, Prepared with Margarine1 cup Light Sour Cream1 can 97% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 Bag Frozen Mixed Veggies1 large Chicken Breast, Raw, Diced1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella CheeseSalt, Pepper, and Granulated Garlic, to taste
Mix all ingredients except stuffing in a 9x9 glass baking dish. Spread prepared stuffing on top of mixture. Put piece of foil on rack in oven and place dish on top to prevent spills from mixture bubbling over. Bake uncovered at 400F in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until a thermometer reads 165F at the center of the dish. Remove from oven and cover with foil. Allow to sit for 20 minutes before serving to allow mixture to set.
