Chili with Boca

Ingredients
2- 15.5 oz cans of dark red kidney beans1-15 oz can of tomato sauce1-28 oz can of diced peeled tomatoes1 T olive oillight brown sugarvarious spices: garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, white pepper
Directions
Place frozen Boca crumbles in pot with hot olive oil.
Unthaw a bit and then add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Simmer these together for a few minutes then add the brown sugar and spices to taste.
Let simmer for 15 minutes then let stand for 5.
Makes approx: 8 1.5 c servings
