Peach Strudel

Ingredients
Low fat pie crust - - my recipes shared1 peach sliced thin, mixed with brown sugar splendachopped walnuts & dust
Directions
Roll out dough very thin.

Slice peach thin, add sugar and a little flour to bowl, mix well. This keeps peach juice from running.

Spread peach mix ontop of crust, leaving about an inch frame. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Fold top layer peach strudel over bottom layer, folding 1 inch frame first on all sides. Bake 350 degrees F in hot oven for 30-40 minutes until crust is brown.

Serving Size: Makes three 3 inch square peach strudel pieces.
