* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 80 grams cut into cubs * Cucumber (peeled), 80 grams cut into cubs * Feta Cheese, 50 grams cut into cubs * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 10 grams cut into cubs * Onions, raw, 10 grams rings * Black Olives, 4 jumbo * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp * seasoning (oregano)
in a bowl assemble in layers: tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onion rings, feta cheese and oregano. At the end add the olive oil and the vinegar. Makes 1 serving
