1 lb pkg Penne pasta (spinach or whole wheat)2 lemons2-3 tblsp capers, drained5 tblsp salted butter1 8 oz container claw crabmeat, thawed and drainedsalt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in salted water to desired doneness. Drain well, set aside. In same pot as pasta, melt butter over medium heat, stir in capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add crab. Heat to bubbling, stir in pasta. Serve with fresh-ground pepper.
