microwave sugar free low fat rice pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup minute rice2 tbsp stevia in the raw1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup nonfat milk1 ex large egg
Directions
put rice, stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg in microwave bowl. Beat egg and add milk and vanilla and mix well. Pour over rice and spices and mix well. Place in microwave and cook on defrost for 4 min. Stir and return to microwave on defrost for 2 more min. Allow to cool to desired temp. Can be served warm or cold.
