Hangnons Pretzel Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
*Rold Gold Tiny Twist Pretzels (1 oz bag), 32 serving Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup *Flour, white, .5 cup Pepper, black, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, cut in 2 inch pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 400* Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place pretzels and Parmesan in a food processor and process until well mixed, 20 - 30 seconds, Transfer to a large bowl.

Combine flour and pepper in a large plastic ziplock bag. Beat eggs with 1 TBSP water in a bowl.

Roll a chicken piece in flour ( I do several at a time, shaking in bag) until thoroughly coated. Dip in eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Transfer to pretzel mixture and turn until thoroughly coated. Place on baking sheet, repeat until all chicken is done. Bake 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
