Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
2 Cans Gold Seal Salmon Sockeye (drained) 418gX21 Egg1/4 Pastene Bread Crumbs (italian flavored)3 tbsp Fish Sauce1 Tomato (medium)Fresh dillHot sauce (a few drops - to taste, optional)2 Stalks Celery 1 Red Pepper Bell
Directions
1. Put all ingredients (except Red pepper) into the food processor and mix together to obtain a smooth texture.
2. Pour into a loaf pan. Cut the bell pepper in 8 piece (long) and place on the loaf (see picture!).
3. Bake at 350F for an hour.
