beef vegetable quesadilla ( 1 quesadilla)

Ingredients
1 lb beef2 med peppers chopped1 lg onion chopped3 Tbsp taco seasoning8 taco shells8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
cook beef, drain. add onions and peppers, cook until crisp tender, add seasoning, cook about 3-5 minutes. fdivided filling among taco shells, top with cheese. Can brush with melted butter. Grill on each side on med- high heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
