Stuffed Chayotes

Ingredients
Chayote Squash, 5 serving *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Garlic, 1 tsp Basil, 10 leaves Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 10 slices Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Directions
Cut Squash in half and boil until tender

Remove Seed

Remove inside of squash, mash and set aside

Cook Turkey with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Tomato Sauce

Mix with the inside of the chayote

Add Parmesan Cheese

Add Cheddar Cheese

Mix

Scoop Mix inside Chayote

Garnish with Mozzarela, fresh basil leaves and parsley

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
