Roasted seasoned chickpeas

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp flavouring (herbs, spices, salts, pepper)
Toss chickpeas with oil and seasoning. Spread in single layer on baking pan. Bake in 450F oven for 30 minutes, shaking pan every 10 minutes.
Some good flavours:
taco seasoning or chili powder and oregano
basil, oregano, sea salt
powdered sundried tomato and black pepper
lemon pepper seasoning
cajun spice
1 serving is about 1/4 cup of cooked chickpeas.
