Makes Its Own Crust Coconut Pie

Ingredients
4 eggs1/2 cup flour2 cup milk1 tsp vanilla1 3/4 cup sugar*1/4 cup melted butter1 1/2 cup coconut*substitute 1/2 cup splenda for sugar
Directions
Combine ingredients in order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased deep 10" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. The middle will appear rather soft. Properly done it will have a delicate crust over the top, sides and bottom. Cool before eating.
