Mediterranean Lentil Meatballs

8 oz cooked lentils1/3 cup old fashioned oats1 tsp minced garlic1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce1 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce1/4 cup fresh basil3-4 sun-dried tomatoes1/4 cup onion, chopped1 tsp Dijon mustard1/4 cup Kalamata olives, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender until a chunky batter develops. Using your hands, two spoons, or a very small ice-cream scoop form small balls of the mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
