bowtie pasta with balsamic vinegarette

Ingredients
8 oz bowtie pasta cooked al denteMix foloowing ingredients for vinegarette 2/3 cup canola oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1 T salt ( or less to taste) 1 tsp tarragon 10 turns of pepper mill 1 tsp dijon mustard 2-3 garlic cloves cut in chunks Mix well and let garlic infuse, then remove large chunks Toss over pasta - I often will add leftover chicken from night before cut into bite size chunks.I also add many chopped veggies- whatever is at hand onion- zucchini-chard in thin strips
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente
Add raw chopped veggies
Add cooked chicken, if using
Toss with vinagarette
Serve
