Baked Salmon with Honey Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
16 oz salmon fillets2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp honeyJuice of 1/2 a lemon1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried dill weed1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Lightly coat baking dish with olive oil
3. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, in oiled baking dish.
4. Mix honey, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, dill weed, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
5. Pour 3/4 of the honey mixture over the fish.
6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
7. Pour the remaining honey mixture over the fish and bake another 15 minutes.
