sprouted wheat bread

Ingredients
1 cup wheat berries sprouted4 cup bread flour1/2 tbsp instant yeast1 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup bran2 cup water
Directions
soak wheat and sprout over a couple of days, rinsing 2x day.
combine with next 5 ingredients, let sit covered on counter overnight. wet hands and fold dough into the middle from 4 sides. (watch no knead bread youtube demo). let rise again. dump dough onto floured surface and separate into two loaves. grease two loaf pans. let rise in pans.bake at 375 until done. preslice and use or freeze for later.
