4 cups sliced beets, drained4 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced1 tablespoon olive oilSalt & pepper, to taste
Saute minced garlic in olive oil for one minute, then stir in sliced beets to heat through. Remove from heat and allow to cool either to luke warm or room temperature. Serve and enjoy!
