Armando's Caribe Lobster Tacos

Grilled lobster broken into bite size piecesbreaded jalepeno pepper (1 for each taco)Jamaican saucegrilled onionsFlour Tortillas (4)
Grill lobster and onions.
deep fry the breaded jalapeno peppers / drain and place on side
cut lobster into bite size pieces
put onion and lobster in a bowl, and mix in jamaican sauce to taste
Warm tortillas - then place lobster mixture in each of the four tortillas, add one fried pepper to each. Serve with Spanish rice and black beans. (Or eat just the tacos - I did not count calories for Spanish rice or black bean serving!)
Serving Size: makes 2 6" tacos = 2 servings
