Ingredients
Trident chicken Thai soup with noodles, 400 gram Brussels sprouts, fresh, 3 sprout Carrots, raw, 1 medium Broccoli, fresh, 3 spear (about 5" long) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.30 cup, chopped Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.50 tbsp
Directions
Cut veggies into bite size pieces - put all into a microwave container along with Trident mix. Stir, add 1.5 cups of hot water. Cover and put into microwave on high for 4 minutes or until vegetables are how you want them (I like mine still crunchy). Pour into a bowl, top with some light sour cream. Fills you up and keeps you warm.
