Healthier Crepes (I hope)

Ingredients
2eggs, 1 1/2 c nonfat milk, 1/2 c water, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 TBS. sugar, 2 TBS melted smart balance light butter spread.
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in blender, slowly add in flour on med. setting. Should be consistency of whipping creme. Do not grease pan, I use nonstick crepe pan. Heat griddle to med-high heat first, pour 1/4cup batter, rotate pan to spread out and thin crepe. Cook until it appears dry and flip, cook other side just before the ends flip or turn up. Top with fruit, nutella, lemon curd, ligonberry jam, anything.
