squash bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour1 cup sugar1/4 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cloves2 eggs1/2 cup water1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
peel, seed, then cube squash. cover with cold water and boil for about 10 min. let cool.
combine all dry then mix in oil, water, egg, then squash. fill pans then bake at 325 for about 1 hour (until golden brown).
