Chicken and Cheese Quesidillas

Ingredients
1 can of chicken 5oz.4 Old El Paso Flour Tortillas .75 cup of shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese Blend1 cup Salsa (optional)
Directions
Place 2 tortillas on baking sheet, add .25 cup of cheese and half a can of chicken. then place a tortilla on each. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake in oven for about 5-7 min. on 350.
Cut each into halves and it serves 4.
Place salsa in bowl for dipping purposes.

    Sounds good! You could use whole wheat tortilla's or pita bread to make this a little healthier. - 12/7/07
