8 cups frozen carrot, broccoli, and cauliflower blend, thawed8 oz. cubed Velveeta Light processed cheese 1/2 cup Simply Kraft Sour Cream
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Put thawed vegetables in prepared container. Add cheese and sour ccream. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Mix well before serving.
