Gluten Free Cobbler- Peach

Ingredients
1 lb (3.5 C.) fresh peaches, sliced1 TBSP cornstarch2 TBSP lemon juice1 C flour1/2 c Spenda granulated1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 C milk, nonfat3 TBSP butter melted3/4 C boiling water1/4 C Sugar, granulate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Spread peaches in 9 in. square pan; spinkle with cornstarch and drizzle with lemon juice.
In medium bowl combine flour, 1/2 c splenda, baking powder and salt. Add milk and butter. Spoon onto peaches. Pour boiling water over top. Spinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake until biscuits are brown and fruit bubbles, 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or at room temp. Yeild 8 servings
