1 14 oz box of Barilla plus elbow macaroni .25 cup low fat butter or margarine.25 whole wheat flour2 c nf milk2 c reduced fat cheese, cheddar or other
Cook pasta according to box. After pasta done cooking, drain and add to the pot butter and flour to make a roux. Wisk in milk until the lumps are disolved and milk is hot but not boiling. Add in cheese and stir until melted. Return pasta to the pot and coat well. Pour into a casserole pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
